Just Another Level Editor

This is an early singleplayer version of a multiplayer-focused game that is currently on hiatus. It can still be enjoyed, but is still missing its main draw.

It contains:

• 3 different gravity-manipulating symbols:
  • Arrows, which set a direction
  • Dots, which remove gravity
  • Circles, which assume the properties of whatever you last touched
• Slopes, with specialized slope physics
• Multiple colors of blocks and half-blocks
• Saving
• Teleporters
• Multiple layers to build and play on
• Fake 3D!

Controls:

Space: Jump

R: Rotate block

WASD: Move

S: Slide down slopes

Mouse left/right: Place blocks, pick from palette

O: Return to starting platform

P: Open menu

L: Toggle edit mode (removes UI and disables mouse; used for playing others' levels)

Shift: Hold to edit background layer. Does not work when on the furthest layer, since there is no background.

Hovering over UI elements should tell you what they do; check them out!

Saves are stored in C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Roaming\Godot\app_userdata\Just Another Level Editor. Save data is also copied to the clipboard, for easy sharing.
